The Foresight Pilot is free, runs on a single programme or release train, and is measured by the Foresight Ledger from day one. First light in your own data inside two weeks. It ends with an evidence pack and a decision in writing — yours and ours.

02 / What it is — and is not

Not a free trial. An instrumented evaluation.

A free trial is a licence key and a hope. The Foresight Pilot is a scoped engagement: deployment inside your perimeter, a locked baseline, five dimensions measured continuously, weekly reporting to your champion, and a fixed decision point at week twelve.

Free in price; not free in commitment — from either side. We invest three months of deployment, engineering and customer-success attention in every pilot, which is why we run only a few at a time and qualify each one. You commit data access, a named champion, and a real intention to decide. Pilots we cannot measure, or the customer cannot staff, we decline — politely, early, before anyone’s quarter is spent.

03 / Qualification

Five things have to be true.

Engineering-led, roughly 30–200 engineers, multiple programmes, a multi-tool stack, and IP or regulatory constraints that keep engineering data inside your perimeter.
2 — A named champion.

A VP or Head of Engineering who personally owns the pilot and wants the result.
3 — Committed data access.

Read-only access to the relevant Jira/Azure DevOps, GitHub and Slack data, agreed in writing before deployment, so the baseline can be built.
4 — A real decision at the end.

You confirm up front that if the pilot meets the success criteria we agree together, an annual contract decision follows at the review. Not a commitment to buy — a commitment to decide.
5 — CFO or COO visibility.

Your economic decision-maker is briefed before the pilot and receives the Ledger view from week three. The evidence is for them; they should watch it form.

If one of the five is not true yet, tell us anyway. The conversation is short, and “not yet, because—” beats a pilot that wastes your quarter.

04 / How the twelve weeks run

Weeks 1–2 — Baseline.

Deployment inside your perimeter, read-only integrations connected, the Ledger baseline built from your own history — then locked, with your validation. First light inside fourteen days.

Weeks 3–10 — Measure.

Measure.

Qeino runs on the programme. Your champion receives a weekly summary; your CTO a fortnightly one; your CFO a monthly Ledger view. Your engineers see value in their own tools from day one.

Weeks 11–12 — Decide.

Decide.

A structured evidence pack: the five dimensions against baseline, every figure traceable, in your cost base. We review it together, in person, with your champion and your CFO — and both sides decide, in writing, within thirty days.

What you keep, either way: the evidence pack and the final Ledger export. If the answer is no, you will still know — with evidence — what the late-knowledge gap costs on that programme. That alone repays the qualification call.

05 / What you receive

What lands on your desk.

A working deployment on one programme, inside your perimeter. A validated baseline of how that programme actually delivers. Risk surfaced at first light — blockers, duplicate work, forecast drift — while there is time to act. Reporting matched to champion, CTO and CFO. A closing evidence pack with a written recommendation. And a Ledger export your CFO keeps, quotes, and is welcome to challenge.

06 / Expected outcomes

What a successful pilot looks like.

Success criteria are agreed before deployment and written down — typically: first light inside fourteen days, measurable movement against baseline on at least three of the five Ledger dimensions, and floor-level adoption your engineers would defend in the canteen. If the pilot meets the criteria, the contract conversation is short, because the evidence has already had every argument. If it does not, we say so in the evidence pack — in writing, with the numbers.
